Disposition versions
81. A holder of a management permit who carries out salvage cutting following a destructive agent within a waterfowl gathering area, a white-tailed deer yard, an area frequented by caribou south of the 52nd parallel or outside the innermost 200 m surrounding the site of a heronry shall comply with the special development plan referred to in section 60 of the Sustainable Forest Development Act (chapter A-18.1).
